Special purposed chassis SFX is made for building multipurpose, multichannel systems of electronic modules functional testing and also for systems of information gathering, technical process management and integrated circuits complex testing. SDIO modules are developed for functional control of digital devices at maximum frequency 50 MHz and they are used FT-17 and FTT-17complexes.
SDIO modules allows to perform digital tests at frequency between 5 Hz and 50 MHz when driver input signal level changes from 0.7 V to 12 V. Each SDIO module consists of 32 or 128 (for SDIO32/50 and SDIO128/50) bidirectional input-output channels with driver maximum loading capacity 150 мА which allows parallel connection of several microchips outputs to one module output channel. The comparator’s response level is also regulated programmatically between 0 and 11.5 V.
SDIO modules set uses general to the entire modules graphic environment for development of testing vectors. The testing vector includes setting digital sequence and “answer” received from the tested module and pre-settings for all the tested boards as well.
